Fairfield Volunteer Fire Department
We look forward to seeing everyone as we drive around town on Saturday. As a reminder we will not be giving out candy canes or making any stops so when you hear the sirens come outside or to the window to wave to Santa. We will be following the same routes as last year but we expect it will take less time this year since we are not making stops. Please do not call the police department or the firehouse to find out where we are. |
North Caldwell Fire Department
Today is the day ladies and gents. We will be escorting Santa around town Saturday, Dec. 19. Santa will start at noon down in the south end of town (Ferndale Hilltop area) and work his way north. Please know that we start at noon but it takes almost 5 hours to reach all of the town streets. Track Santa Ride Here When you hear the sirens that means we’re in your neighborhood. Please do not call the police station if we miss your street. Just reach out to us on Facebook and we will try to swing back through. Remember this is a contactless event. Santa will not be getting off the fire engine nor will the firefighters be giving out candy canes this year. To help limit exposure to the public, Santa and the NCFD ask that those parents and children who wish to come outside to see Santa please remain at least 6ft from the end of the driveway. All COVID precautions will be taken and Santa will self quarantine when he returns to the North Pole. |

Verona Fire Department
The VFD will be out with Santa on Sunday, Dec. 20 and the amazing members of the Verona Rescue Squad and Verona Police Department PBA have stepped up to help us bring Santa around! We plan to head out at 10am on Sunday so listen for the music and sirens. Unfortunately, we will not be handing out candy canes or dog treats this year. This will be a contactless event. We are asking that you stay inside and wave to Santa as he drives by. We will still be collecting non-perishables for the Holy Spirit Food Pantry. The Rescue Squad will be picking up the food items for us so you can leave your bags out at the curb to be collected. We will not be stopping for pictures this year but we still want to see everyone so make sure to listen for the horns and sirens! Stay safe and we will see you then! |
