Published 6:10pm  WEST CALDWELL, NJ - This weekend, the James Caldwell High School Music and More Booster Club will present the school's third annual Cabaret. The event, which consists of a variety of musical performances performed by the school's theatre students, takes place on Saturday, June 6, at 7:30pm, in the school's cafeteria. Tickets include admission, as well as light refreshments, and all funds raised will benefit the school's theatre and music students. The school is located at 265 Westville Avenue, West Caldwell. The theatre students will be performing a mix of show tunes and other vocal selections in order to benefit the Theatre Club which includes more than 50 student actors, singers, dancers, designers and technicians. The doors will open at 6:45pm; the show begins at 7:30pm. Tickets Tickets include unlimited snacks, desserts and beverages. The family-friendly event takes place Saturday, Feb. 28, from 10am to 6pm and all are welcome. Throughout the day, the school will showcase all of its music programs, from orchestra to indie bands. The Jazz Band, Choral groups, Percussion Ensembles and student bands will entertain audiences in different rooms, including the hallways, of the performing arts wing. The day will end with a preview of the school's upcoming musical, The Addams Family. The entertaining day is an opportune time for students not yet in high school to explore what its music programs offer. Tickets are $12 per family and will be available at the door, and refreshments will be sold. In addition, drawings will be held for raffle prizes.
