Perna pled guilty today to planning and carrying out an aggravated assault as a "made man" Soldier in the Lucchese Crime Family
Assault was made against the husband of Dina Cantin, of NJ Housewives

Monday, DECEMBER 14

Regina DeComa and Allan Soriano of Cedar Grove, along with Dawn Becker of Oakland, Charged with Million Dollar Fraud Theft

DeComa and Becker allegedly made unauthorized distributions of their Fairfield employer's corporate funds to themselves and charged items to their employer's corporate accounts
Soriano allegedly used stolen funds from the same Fairfield company to renovate his AJ Lunchbox business

THURSday, DECEMBER 10

Fairfield Police Arrest Devon Clemente, 33, of Glen Ridge, for Comfort Inn Armed Robbery

Clemente showed the clerk a silver-colored handgun that was in his waistband
He told the clerk that he needed their money because of Covid
Clemente was given about $300 in cash and walked back to his car, then drove onto Route 46 East

Fairfield Police responded after receiving report from employee
White male entered front door then demanded, and received, an unspecified amount of cash while showing a silver hand gun to persons at the front desk
Suspect left hotel and possibly entered a grey 4-door sedan similar to a Ford Fusion
West Essex Area Police are assisting with investigation including Wayne Police
Police investigation includes communication with area motels and hotels and studying video footage

Suspect:

White Male, about 25-35 years old
Wearing grey hoodie with black puffy jacket
Wearing blue surgical mask and black gloves
Possibly has black backpack

"The Fairfield Police Department is actively investigating an armed robbery that took place at the Comfort Inn located at 286 Route 46 East on December 7, 2020. At
approximately 6:00 PM, an unknown white male wearing a surgical mask, entered the hotel and approached the front desk clerk. He showed the clerk a silver-colored handgun that was in his waistband and told the clerk that he needed their money because of Covid.

After being given cash, the suspect walks calmly out of the hotel and enters what is believed to be a newer model silver or gray Ford Fusion with silver rims, tinted windows, dual exhaust pipes and a sunroof. The vehicle then fled east on Route 46.
