FAIRFIELD, NJ - On Tuesday, Dec. 13, Fairfield Police arrested three women from Passaic for their roles in the stabbing of a David's Cookies co-worker.
Fairfield Chief Anthony Manna reported that the three women were charged with the following:
According to Manna, at about 3:52pm yesterday, the three women and their victim were traveling together in a van to their work at David's Cookies production company at 17 Stewart Place. The Chief explained that during the ride, Rodriguez and the victim, age 40, got into a verbal dispute.
"It's alleged that, when they arrived at work,
Fairfield Police arrived at the scene, the knife was recovered, and all three suspects were arrested without incident. The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson for treatment.
All three suspects were taken to the Essex County Jail where Rodriguez and Cabrera are being held in lieu of $50,000 bail and Valdez is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
