4:41pm: Fairfield Police spotted the suspect vehicle traveling 46 East at a high rate of speed and alerted other West Essex police of the pursuit
4:42pm The suspect vehicle was in the area of the Executive Inn, reportedly traveling now about 80mph in the left lane past Hollywood Avenue. The exits at Two Bridges were shut down.
4:43pm The suspect vehicle continued past Corrados and through the overpass on Route 46 East; at Target the car was reportedly traveling at about 90mph
4:44pm The car apparently began to slow down to 30mph as it headed on Route 23 North near the Kings Inn
