WEST CALDWELL, NJ - Crane's Mill is in need of five part-time Food Services Workers. Those selected will be scheduled for their evening food shift, 4:30pm to 8:30pm, including weekends.  Additional hours are also available, and full-time workers are afforded benefits.  

Crane's Mill is located at 459 Passaic Avenue, West Caldwell.

Job Description
The Crane's Mill Food Services worker will be expected to perform the following:

• Prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
  
• Weighing and measuring designated ingredients
  
• Carrying pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards 
  
• Storing food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures 
  
• Cleaning work areas, equipment and utensils
  
• Distributing supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  
• Utilizing approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control 
  
• Serving customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service 
  
• Resolving customer concerns and relaying relevant information to supervisor 
  
• Ensuring compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures as well as with all sanitation and safety requirements
