WEST CALDWELL, NJ - The West Caldwell Summer Gazebo Concert Series kicked off Thursday night with musical selections from Julian & Dominique who played pop songs from the 1960s to current tunes.
The free concerts take place on Thursday evenings, weather permitting. Food for all concerts is available for purchase at 6:30pm and the music begins at 7:30pm.
This West Coast band is comprised of five musicians who have performed with well-known groups in the music industry including the Commodores, Boston and Van Halen. Each concert, the group presents a showcase of The Eagles hits such as “Take it Easy,” “Heartache Tonight,” “Hotel California,” as well as the newer releases “Get Over It” and “Love will Keep Us Alive.” The quintet also performs pieces from the solo works of Don Henley, Glen Frey, and Joe Walsh.
West Caldwell's own Steppin' Out is an 11-piece party band consisting of four lead vocalists and a full horn section. For over a decade, the ensemble has been performing for crowds all over the tri-state area playing uplifting hits from the past to the present. The performers have played with a host of seasoned professionals including Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Duran Duran, Gloria Gaynor, Gladys Knight, Kool and the Gang, The Duprees, and The Temptations.
The Beth Anne Clayton Band
Native New Jerseyan, Beth Anne Clayton, moved on to Nashville and now performs her original and well-known country pop music.
For nearly 40 years, the Time Machine show band has been performing the best dance rock music from the 60s, 70s and 80s around the tri-state area. They specialize in mingling with the audience to get the hole crowd on their feet dancing.
