Published 7:10pm ![]() VERONA, NJ - This weekend, the Township of Verona, along with Verona's Green Team "Sustainable Verona," will be hosting a Green Fair. The public is invited to enjoy the free event located outdoors at the Verona Civic Center. The Fair is aimed towards raising awareness about environmental issues, innovative sustainability ideas and showcasing the steps people and communities can take to sustain their quality of life over the long term. The event will feature live music, food and craft vendors, exhibitions from green businesses and family activities. The Fair takes place Saturday, May 30, from 11am to 3pm at the Center, located at 600 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona. Entertainment and Family Activities

The township of Verona is a Bronze Level Sustainable Jersey certified community; one of only 180 in the state.
